From Navsari to Boston

Back in Navsari, India, Mukeshbhai stopped at the fafda stall every Saturday morning while dropping his son and daughter at school.

In 2012 the family moved to Billerica, and for the first time in years there was no Saturday stop. He missed that time, and the smiles it brought. After two long years of trial and error, he finally got the taste, the crunch and the feeling of home just right.

Since then we have shared that love with our community: first in Billerica, then Lowell, and now across Greater Boston.

Questions

How much notice do you need?

Fafda: 2 days for 2 to 8 lb, 4 days for 9 to 20 lb, and 7 days for 21 to 30 lb. Jalebi: 2 days up to 4 lb, 1 week for more. Vati dal khaman: 4 days up to 6 lb, 1 week for 7 to 10 lb.

Does fafda come with chutney?

Yes. Every fafda order comes with enough yellow chutney. Extra chutney, fried marcha and papaya sambharo are available as sides.

How can I pay?

Cash, Zelle, card or Venmo. The cash or Zelle price is about 3% lower, and it is offered to everyone. Card and Venmo totals add 7% tax.

What if my order is big?

For fafda over 30 lb or khaman over 10 lb, please call or WhatsApp us.

Is the khaman fresh?

Yes, it is made fresh in small batches.

Do you take a deposit?

Orders over 20 lb of fafda or over $400 need a 50% deposit to confirm.

Can I order half a pound?

All items are sold in whole pounds.

Do you deliver?

Yes, for orders of $250 or more. We confirm the delivery fee by text.
